The Inner Sleeve
Almost all of our vinyl discs will include either an original inner sleeve, or a plain inner sleeve, or a printed inner sleeve, which we provide with the sole purpose of protecting the record. However, inner sleeves are notorious for being replaced, or damaged, such as edge splits. Unless explicitly mentioned in this listing the inner sleeve is not considered as part of this purchase. If you purchase this Vinyl record it is with the clear understanding the inner sleeve is not included as part of this sale, and if a sleeve is included it is provided on an as/is condition solely as packaging, as a protector for the record, which may have creases, wear or edge splits.
 

Track Listings
When possible we will add track listing details of the items we are selling to help buyers know what is included on the item for sale. The track listings are provided automatically from our central master database and can sometimes be wrong.
 

Multi-Disc discs
Sometimes we sell multi-discs, such as with 2 or 3 or 4 discs in one disc, and sometimes we sell only ‘part of a multi-dick’ album, for example we may only sell 1 of the 2 discs only,  or only 2 of the 3 discs only (for example one disc could be lost). If we sell part multi-discs we will add details clearly in the sale comments or description, however the track listings will still include the full track listings of all the items of the full listing. The full track listings does not mean we are providing the items when we have made clear it is a part multi-disc sale, the full track listing is provided only to help buyers know the specific version of this item.
 

Codes on our listing titles
We use internal codes at the begining and ending of each listing.

the m#s# at the end of the title is our condition reference.

Hairlines
If we reference a hairline(s), it means it is a light line on the disc that looks like a hair. Hairlines are different to scratches or wear. A hairline is lighter and has limited and less impact on the playing quality, whereas wear or a scratch can cause some level of clicks, pops or interference when playing. 
 

Delivery Tracking
We have over 25 warehouses, for this reason we use our own carrier tracking numbers in the eBay tracking reference field.  If there is a delivery concern contact us and we will provide the relevant proof of delivery details 
 

Cancellations
Our Admin back office team and our warehouse staff are in different locations, for this reason cancellations must be requested via the eBay cancellation function to increase the chance of our admin staff being notified of cancellations. Messaging cancellation requests v/s using the eBay cancellation function increases the risk the item will not be cancelled and could be ship before messages are read. Please ensure you include a reason for the cancellation so they can quickly be considered and actioned.

Communications
Our admin staff work Monday to Friday, We receive thousands and thousands of messages a week. Sometimes we cannot get to all messages quickly. Our admin staff do not work weekends, questions asked in the weekend may not be reviewed until Monday.
