Little Book Of Chanel - Emma Baxter-Wright Description
Outlining the life of one of the most prominent figures in fashion, the oh-so chic Little Book of Chanel pays homage to the founder of what has arguably remained the most esteemed name in couture to this day.
Known as the sketching hand behind the little black dress and the classic 2.55 handbag (two staples in every fashionista's wardrobe), Coco Chanel is admired the world over for her iconic designs.
Born as Gabrielle Bonheur Chanel, the Little Book of Chanel follows Coco Chanel's journey from her beginning as a milliner, to the woman who revolutionized fashion in the twentieth century.
Not afraid to think outside the box, she quickly rose to fashion's high ranks with her innovative, comfortable approach to luxury. Her alternative solution to the restricting clothes worn by society's finest began to gain her significant prominence, leading to further success down the line.
The Little Book of Chanel features gorgeous illustrations, fashion photography and snaps straight from the catwalk. With 160 pages to devour, it's a must for every fashion devotee.
Beautifully presented with a monochrome cover design (would you expect anything less from the queen of style?), it makes a stunning coffee table book to bring a little sophistication to your abode.
