B-complex is a combination of B Vitamins which are essential to the body. This complex includes eight of the B Vitamins: B1 (Thiamine), B2 (Riboflavin), B3 (Niacin), B5 (Pantothenic acid), B6 (Pyridoxine), B7 (Biotin), B9 (Folic Acid), B12 (Cobalamin). Vitamin B-Complex plays a key role in converting food into fuel, but also involved in other metabolic functions in the human body such as substance conversions detoxification, nerve transmission, blood formation, protein and fat synthesis, maintenance of healthy blood sugar levels and appetite, muscle toning, etc. Contains key nutrients to support electrolyte balance.
