Disappointed not UK power adaptor
Whilst I have only just started using it, it seems like a good product. Meets all my present needs. Easy to use although I have since also purchased the keyboard/cover accessory which makes it much easier to use when at home and not in tablet mode. I'm hoping that the battery will last better than my Surface Pro 4 which I bought in 2016 which now has yellowing and bowing of the screen due to battery problems.
Fantastic tablet and good value as well. Very fast for its size and well made though you will need a type cover to get the most out of it.
The item arrived in good time and exactly as anticipated. Perfectly done, especially for the discount in price compared to other sellers.
Very good price, delivered just about on time and just as advertised. Communication about delivery times could be a little better, but overall I’m very happy with the purchase and would buy from Cybercloud again.

Very good product, extremely fast delivery and cheaper than anywhere else on the internet by a considerable amount. Would 100% use again.
Really happy with our purchase. The surface was brand new, it came with an adapter for a UK plug and arrived 3 days early. Would highly recommend as a great way to save money.
£170 saving! Excellent. Order placed Sunday PM. Email confirmed despatch. On Friday received confirmation text the goods were with DPD. Goods delivered Monday 07.45. 8 days in total, from the other side of the world. Asia to UK 4 days. UK courier to door 4 days. Product as descibed, working fine and registered with Microsoft.

Product just as expected but super impressed with the speed of delivery, with the product arriving several days before it was expected! First use of the Onbuy website but it won't be the last.
Item arrived within time estimate and well packaged to prevent damage in transit. Item switched on immediately so up and running within minutes. Power plug was American so had to get an adapter. But very happy with my purchase.
I had bought this product for my little sister to use at school and I have to say it goes above and beyond what we wanted it for. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a nice device to work on.
Happy with the product, works nicely with other Microsoft products, such as keyboard and mouse. Highly recommended for the price. Only issue is the warranty. I checked with Microsoft the 12 month warranty started in November when they purchased this laptop. Therefore I only have 10 months manufacture warranty

So far, so excellent. Very light and stylish to look at, has 2 USB ports and a microphone jack plus face recognition which saves you having to enter your password every time!
