I am really happy with my purchase it looks really chunky and strong . I am impressed with how versatile it is and easy to operate.
Overall a decent ladder and does what it says on the tin, however: 1. It's heavy... very heavy. Don't expect a lightweight ladder. 2. It does flex when open at full height, but that's to be expected from a telescopic ladder. 3. folding it up can be a bit of a pain as the ladder can fold unequally to the other side
Very sturdy and compact. It takes some getting used to having not used a telescopic ladder before, and it can feel a little less rigid than other types or ladder. It replaces a cumbersome step ladder that took up too much space and couldn't reach as high.
The ladder arrived 3 days ahead of the advised delivery date. Product is excellent and has multiple uses in and around my house.
A fantastic purchase. Forget folding down the rear seats, just throw this beauty into the boot & it’s tall enough to reach high lighting or gutter jobs. Don’t hesitate, just buy. This ladder is a perfect companion to the other ladders already in my arsenal.

It is a quality item. Heavier than I thought it would be & a bit cumbersome to move about. Cannot see how to lock the steps after use to move it. The steps are also quite narrow. Does the job and once I get to grips with it it will become a useful item to own.

The 2 sets of multi purpose ladders 1 a telescopic & other one a A frame .They are both fit for purpose or like an old saying .It does exactly what it says on the tin.

Brilliant ladders. Solid construction, and very sturdy. At height I felt very safe. Than can feel a little heavy but are easy to move around and once one gets used to extending and contracting they are east to use. Delivery from ordering was only two days. I can therefore highly recommend them as very good value for money.

Has proven very suitable for my project of maintenance of my conservatory roof. As a double ladder standing on 4 legs, it rises to 2.5m and provides a solid set of steps for getting to the roof. It is quite heavy, which helps stability, but users should be aware. It appears very secure once each rung is raised to the height required, although I've only used it twice so far. It is a little tricky to raise each rung and lock in position on first use and may need getting used to it. Overall the ladder has a feel of sturdiness and decent quality and seems to be good value for money.
