Discussion: Native to China, green tea has been used for thousands of years, primarily as a beverage. Green tea contains many naturally occurring phytonutrients that are beneficial to human health, including several polyphenols such as flavonoids and catechins. The unique processing of green tea extract retains many of the active properties of the fresh leaf. Solaray Green Tea Extract is decaffeinated.
