Summary
- 1.8 Inch TFT Color Screen: This transistor tester adopts 1.8in TFT color LCD screen with high resolution. Different parameter is shown with different color, convenient and simple for you to check the parameter.
- Automatic Identification: This mosfet automatic checker is able to detect NPN and PNP transistors, N channel and P channel MOSFET, diodes, thyristors, resistors, capacitors or other devices automatically.
- Auto Shutdown Function: This transistor capacitor tester supports auto shut down function. There is shutdown countdown displayed on the monitor and the shutdown countdown time can be extended to 40s.
- Wide Application: This transistor testing kit is suitable for testing triode, field effect tube(FET), diode, resistor, capacitor, inductor, MOS, SCR, which is available for various electric transistor testing.
- Battery Powered: This mosfet tester is powered by DC9V battery (not included). The time for each test is about two seconds, only large capacitance and inductance measurements will take longer.
