Nasturtium Whirlybird Mixed – Vibrant Garden Performers Description

Nasturtium Whirlybird Mixed - Vibrant Garden Performers

Add a splash of vibrant colour to your garden with Nasturtium Whirlybird Mixed. Unlike traditional nasturtiums that have backward-facing spurs, these unique spurless varieties feature upward-facing flowers in stunning shades of cherry, gold, mahogany, orange, scarlet, and cream. Perfect for gardeners who want spectacular blooms with minimal effort, these cheerful annuals brighten borders, containers, and hanging baskets alike.

Compact, bushy plants growing 8-12 inches tall, Nasturtium Whirlybird Mixed has a mounding habit that cascades beautifully over container edges. They thrive in poor to average soil and full sunlight, producing more flowers with less fertilizer. The flowers bloom prolifically from summer through the first frost, attracting bees, butterflies, and other pollinators to your garden. Plus, both the leaves and flowers are edible, offering a peppery flavour perfect for salads and garnishes.

These hardy plants are remarkably low-maintenance, tolerating heat and drought once established. Sow seeds directly outdoors after the last frost for a season full of colour and charm. Each packet contains approximately 16 seeds, and growing instructions are printed on the back for your convenience.
