This product has exceeded my expectations. It is smaller than I imagined which suits me well. I cook for one and have limited kitchen workspace. The oil filtration system is a fantastic bonus meaning I can use my oil on numerous occasions even after frying items like Pakora where bits of batter remain in the pan. The unit can be disassembled in seconds and all bar the heating coil fits neatly into my dishwasher. Good temperature control and handy basket means fried items can be drained of oil before serving.
