Quick and easy to use.... Just hoping it works and takes years off me... Lol

This product is not from Eclat Skin, as advertised within the product photo and specification.
The user guide is in very poorly translated English and doesn't always make sense.
The power supply is an old power cable and yet the product specification says the mask should be charged for 1 hour before use. It's not possible to charge the mask..you have to use it plugged in to the power supply.

I've tried to communication with the seller, but they are not taking accountability and have said they will try to resend me an Eclat Skin product if it's "available".. which I suspect that it won't be.
I don't feel confident to return the product and trust that they will refund me and so am hoping On Buy will help. Failing that, I purchased this product with my credit card and should be able to pursue a fraudulent transaction this way.

I love this and use it everyday for half an hour . It’s a little uncomfortable but you can put up with it I’ve only used the red so far but am thinking of trying the white to . Thank you , and it was so well packaged to
