Suitable for all hobs, there is no need to limit yourself to chips; the high sides means you can deep fry other foods as well such as chicken, onion rings, tempura, tortilla chips, doughnuts and much more.
The curved soft grip handle are comfortable and non-slip.
The basket fits neatly in the pan even with the stainless steel lid closed and can be simply lifted to drain off excess oil.
Care instructions: wash in warm soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly

This chip pan is an excellent size and I love getting back to "real" chips. Fed up of oven, air fryer and microwave chips, buy this.

the basket does not fit the chip pan very well and last night the handle fell off the basket while I was cooking chips. the pan itself is of good quality and it's surprising that the basket is not the same quality.
