Cauliflower All Year Round An outstanding and versatile variety, with white, well protected curds that can be harvested for many months of the year. Popular for summer shows, Cauliflower All Year Round can be used straight from the garden or may be stored in the freezer. Very useful dwarf cultivar that can be sown to suit most of the cauliflower harvesting periods. All Year Round makes very large, tight heads and is one of the easiest to grow as well. An excellent all-purpose cauliflower and as the name suggests can be sown and or harvested for almost the entire year and this makes it the ideal choice for successional sowing. All the Year Round prefers a moist, rich, well-drained soil. Highly reliable, a great standby variety. To prevent cauliflower heads yellowing in sunlight and to prevent damage from poor weather the large outer leaves should be folded over the head and secured.
