- you are entitled to withraw from your contract with us if you do not wish to keep the item by contacting in writing Within 28 days from delivery of the goods. The product must be returned in its original condition with undamaged packaging for a full refund if you do not wish to keep the item..
- Please note that you are responsible for the cost of the return of the goods and the goods must be in manufacture and orginal condition in its original packaging.The cost of any items damaged or missing will be charged to you directly. we will charge postage as well has 10 percent handling fees.
- Incorrect or Incomplete orders received by the customer In the event that the goods you receive from us are incorrect or incomplete, you must notify us in writing by messages within 7 working days of receiving the goods. Unfortunately, we cannot accept claims after this time.
- Goods/products damaged in transit to the customer In the event that the goods you receive from us arrive damaged due to transit, you must notify us of all damaged items upon receipt of delivery as well as providing 2 clear pictures for us to put in a claim with courier companies. The return cost will be paid by us (if required)
- Some times items can be unexpectedly delayed in transit or by courier company. if you have not recieved the item within 14 working days (tracking is provided to all items) we will put in a claim with courier company and process a replacement or a refund. kindly send a message.
- any faults with items recieved must be reported within 28 days as we will provide 1 month retail warranty on all branded items a request for return must be made in writing using onbuy system, kindly include your details and reason for return for fault for manufactures to investage the issue. all branded items comes with manufactures warranties and can be referred to manufactures warranty page.
- we only cover manufactures faults the products does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse, damage resulting from exposure to sand and water or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions
